Inactive email with my account and i dont remember the password.

my xbox live account has an inactive email connected to it and I don't know the password. i have done everything including customer support which they say they cant help me because its inactive. when i answer secret question it tells me i have answered
it to many times when i have entered it once. i need to change it to my new windows live ID. i have DONE everything and called everyone on this problem. for some reason i cant get someone to change it over the phone with all the verfication things in hand.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

So you don't remember the password attached to the account? Do you remember the email (even though it may be inactive)? If you remember the email address, but can't remember the password, then go to
Recover your account and fill out that form.

Sorry but there's not much anyone can do for you here. The only thing I could suggest is to contact the email provider and see if they could temporarily reinstate it for you so that you can change it.

i cannot get onto the gamertag, as i cant remember the password associated with the email address so i cant transfer the account, and when i try to get the password, they tell me that the email account has been suspended for inactivity and that it cant be
retrieved and i am in Europe so i cant open your links. Is there anyway to get a hold of a online chat with a support on this issue? because i have had the account for like 6years and i dont want to make a new account

8 to 9 years old!! Wow no I dont think the account would be even there if it was inactive for that long time and without all the required info about the email and password or valid way to get it I dont think you will be able to recover that account.

@judgebergan i thought i had the right email and password written down but it was to this account i made the post on and ive tried all my emails, my account is ages old and i dont remember the info
