Inaccurate Xbox LIVE Tenure

A year ago, some Xbox LIVE players had experienced a glitch where their account tenure was inaccurate. A year later, my tenure is still wrong. My tenure is supposed to be a 5, but instead, it is a 3. I've tried deleting, re-downloading my profile, and clearing
the system cache, but none of those worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading.

My 9th year tenure is not showing on my Xbox One profile.

To build off Daft Badger's post, it should take a full billing cycle (or around 30 days) for your Xbox Live tenure to update to the accurate date. This may have occurred do to a lapse in your membership, even if it was very brief. If 30 days go by and your
tenure is still inaccurate, post back here to let us know!

Have you ever not had Gold during those 5 years? Your tenure is only based on the number of cumulative years you've had a Gold membership.

If you didn't have Gold for 2 of those years, then 3 would be the correct number. If you have been a Gold member for those 5 years, I'd suggest waiting for Official Support to respond to this thread or you can call or chat with a support agent in real time.

No. I've never lapsed and my tenure is reporting inaccurately by 3 years. If you search tenure in the forums, you will see thread after thread regarding tenure reporting inaccurately for years now. Tenure reporting is obviously broken.
