Inaccurate time logs on events

Since the update recently I noticed that the cumulative times for events have seemed to be a bit out. So today I noted down my times for the first 10 games (as shown at the end of each game) and compared them to the time shown on the leaderboard - and sure
enough they were off every time.

Third column (cumulative time) is my calculation and compares with the time shown on the leaderboard (4th column) .

It should be absolutely straightforward for the program to add together the actual game times, so I can't see how this sort of persistent error has crept in.

Problem with Solitaire Collection Challenge

I think the 5 hours plus time is because there's a bug in the software which causes it to carry on counting if you log out from a game directly without going back to the 'home' screen.

I get the inaccurate time log too. Just posted about it without looking at previous posts <facepalm>

Click the "My Account" link at the top of any page, then click the "Forums Preferences" link and change your timezone on that page.

 

I've noticed the same problem. It's very frustrating. I don't know if the programmers will change it. So, I've just learned to take the times posted on the leaderboard with a grain of salt.

 

Me too! I noticed this a couple of weeks ago and started noting my times and comparing them with the leaderboard timings. On some games it added 2 or 3 minutes onto my time and always managed to add time on every game - never underestimated - strange, but
irritating.

 

I have noticed the same inaccuracies involving cumulative times for events . . . at the end of the latest tournament, my total was almost 30 minutes less than the leaderboard. This time I actually wrote down each time for each game. From the first to the
last, the leaderboard was incorrect and continuously added more time that was true. So what's up???

 

I've been having the same problem, and then somehow had 5 hours added to my tournament play today, which seriously skewed my stats. I looked for a way to reset my stats did not find anything. Can anyone help with that?

 

I have not noticed this problem before, but on today's event it shows I took over 4 hours when I played it well under 2 hours.
