Inaccurate price information in Xbox store

While searching on the xbox store i have come across a pricing anomaly as it shows a sale price, but upon selection will charge full price eg: save $61.44- crossed out regular price ($102.40)and new price with asterix ($40.96*) but when selected attempts
to charge the $102.40 price

You can report discrepancies like that right through your system by holding in the Xbox button. The same thing you would do if you were shutting down your console. the third selection on that page should be report a problem you would do that though after
you've gone to the original page where it shows the sale price and then where it shows the full price on your purchase page. The system will record those steps and some video automatically you then submit it.

and a question for myself what game was at for? So I can check to see myself and see if it is registering the same here on my end.

They never once said that information is inaccurate or incorrect.... stop this BS. Major Stupid Nelson said there is some inaccurate information but it's their own information.

"Reports about our policies for trade in and resale are inaccurate and incomplete."

Until Microsoft officially clarifies their policies, anything said at an interview after the reveal should be considered inaccurate.

It is part of Xbox One and isn't getting removed. Don't like it? Don't buy it. That is your choice. Being forced to buy it is inaccurate information.
