  1. inaccurate FPS counter on xbox game bar

So i got the xbox game pass for pc a few weeks ago and have started to use the game bar more along side it but it was not till a few days ago that a mate pointed out the perfromance counter inside of it. when he asked me what FPS i was running on Sea of Thieves i noticed it said 60 FPS, now not to be a snob there is nothing wrong with 60 frames but when i can run Rainbow Six Siege (through steam) on 300-400 FPS with max graphic settings something did not seem right as it dose not feel like i was running 60 FPS. I know the app is still in its beta stages so this is probably just a bug but is this happening to anyone else or is there a hidden cap setting turnd on somewhere that i have missed?
