    Inaccessible account still taking subscription


    So on my old xbox 360 I set it up with an old family members account, he no longer has the log in and neither do we, we can't even remember the email. Is there anyway to get a refund on the xbox subscription? Its £50 for a service we no longer use.

    Do you still have access to the old xbox 360?

    Yeah, it's just in storage
    If you start up the x360 it may jog your memory about the gamertag and/or account details you need when talking to an agent with Contact us.

    Flash it up without a network connection and check the profiles you created on the profile page. If you then remember which profile had XBox Live you could also try connecting it to a network and turning it on again to see where it gets to.

    Same issue here. My subscription has been active for a year and for the past week I haven't been able to access any Game Pass content. I'm still trying to resolve this as the support is so inaccessible. I even get error messages when trying to cancel the
    subscription!
