Inability to Manage Gold Membership

Hello to all who read this; I'm GT: and I could really use some assistance with an error I've recently received.

Today I'd received a notification on my Xbox 360 that my Xbox LIVE Gold had expired and, as I'd normally do in this situation, I attempted to renew the membership through the console. However, when I clicked the 'One Month' option (as the others are out
of my price range), LIVE gave me an error message and code, telling me the services weren't quite working at the moment, and giving me the code 80190128.

Naturally I looked up the code on Support and I was given two options; clear the System Cache three times over and Re-Download my Profile. I attempted both options, only to continue being given the error code and message anyway.

As I was getting nowhere fast I then tried renewing the Gold Membership through both my laptop and Xbox One; both telling me that apparently the card I'd normally use for online purchases was 'being used on the maximum amount of accounts allowed', despite
it not being used on an account to my knowledge and it actually having enough funds available to complete the transaction normally if it had been allowed to.

Therefore, with the Support Code Search not being of any help and there being seemingly no way this problem was going to fix itself, I leave this message here in the hopes that someone will be able to assist me with this problem.

have a look at your account
account.xbox.com/.../Manage and check if your Gold membership is active. The second step is to call the Support and ask them about your gold membership.

This is the fastest way to get your membership aktive again.

I`ve been seeing a lot of Xbox Live Members With the Xbox One Or Have had there
Xbox Live Account On An Xbox One Experiencing this problem. There is No Solution to my Knowledge that anyone can help you with on the forums regarding this issue and this is going to have to be taken up with the Support. You
Can contact support Here, Then You Can Chat with Microsoft support Or you can
request a call from support. They should be able to fix it for you.

 

Thanks for replying, except i havent got or used my profile on an xbox one yet.

Im gonna wait till tomorrow and see if it works before contacting microsoft support
