    I am having trouble accessing my account SneakFilly49, i had to change my email over to another email, however it created another account called . the problem is i don't want this new account i just want to access the SneakFilly49 account,
    which is linked to all off my devices

    Code error

    I am unable to access xbox live due to my inability to redeem a code for a 12month gold acount. It has been like this for two days disbite it advicing to try and redeem the code again after a few minutes.

    How to change the email on my xbox account to be the same as my microsoft account.

    you can't change the xbox account to an existing outlook account, you would need to create a new account during the alias creation. your outlook account is already a microsoft account and therefore already has an xbox account etc.

    you cant transfer accounts from one email to another.

    I have a xbox ultimate account with BT, and it is registered against gamertag G*****, bt I have a second gamertag e**** . Both have the same email address But I cannot change from e***** to g******* to access my pass. It only logs me into e****. Can you help?
    It is not possible to have two xbox live accounts (gamertags) under the same email address.

    Your emails might be VERY similar but they can't be exactly the same.

    If i were to try and create another xbox live account (gamertag) under my existing email itll tell me i cant because an account already exists under that email.

    My PC was hacked and it ultimately closed my microsoft account

    Sadly, when I initially tried to get help from microsoft, they recommended me to create a new account since i couldnt access any support without a microsoft account thus the creation of the new account with the same email.

    Impossible to Solve... Gamertag went to third dimension... disappeared?

    It is possible the email was shut down due to disuse. That would explain why it says there is another gamertag on the email, but live.com says the email doesn't exist.

    To resolve, phone support needs to bring up the account and escalate to get the link repaired or completely removed.
