In the preview program but do not have access to the preview forums

Hi Zesty,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out your forum access once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

If you're a member of Preview Program, but you do not have access to preview dashboard you'll need to repost this question in the Preview Program Registration Support forums.

The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking
for access

If you have been added to the preview program, then you should have access to the private preview forums. If you do not have access to this forum, then I will try and drum up a support agent to see if they are able to do anything to further help you.

If you do have access to the preview forum, then please make a post in them forums. This is so the preview staff can sort you out, and further assist you. Alternatively, you can get one of your friends to invite you into the preview program. Please note,
if you get invited, this does not guarantee that you have been accepted into the program.
