    In the free version, the game jams every time I try to go to the next Mahjong game.


    As mentioned above, in the free version of Mahjong, the game jams every time I try to begin another game, on the same day. I suspect it's a minor fix that needs to be made regarding the loading of free games since, when I start over, the game goes ahead
    and loads correctly with the ad playing before the new game begins. This does not happen on the other games. What's the problem?

    microsoft mahjong no longer available

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Every time I try to play Microsoft Mahjong, Solitaire, Jigsaw or Word Games, the game appears to launch, then the window freezes and closes and I am back at my desk top.

    I feel I wasted 10$

    For every game on the Marketplace there is a DEMO/TRIAL version. Next time you should try that.

    Not loading Mahjong

    I have been having problems w/the Microsoft Mahjong game. The game won't load so I can't play the game. I looked for

    updated and there was none. I have windows 8 .I did try to download windows 8.1,there was too many problems causing

    virus and bugs. I went to the office store and was told because it's a free download 8.1 there are going to be problems.

    They said I should buy the full version for $299.00.Need help w/Mahjong game still not loading.

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..
