It's not that I don't have access to the account itself but the email associated with it. From my understanding you would claim your rewards from sweepstakes through email and I may be wrong about that but wouldn't that mean I have no way of claiming it if it is sent through my email?

As far as I'm aware, email addresses and Microsoft accounts are different. I don't want to change the email of the Xbox account, but rather the Microsoft account that's associated with it itself. I can't add an existing Microsoft account as an alias so is there
any other way? Years ago all I needed to do was switch out the email but it simply isn't the case anymore.

Nice to meet you. whenever I try to connect the Microsoft account I use to minecraft on my ps4 it says their is another account on there butt I don't have access to that email anymore it is associated with.

A thread on Reddit suggested that since the email address associated with the Microsoft account is different than the email address associated with the Cloud save, it will not unlock my content. Could this be the case?
