In regards to my subscription/pay method email

Due to the ban of my account yesterday, which I still have yet to understand...I do not believe I will be putting any monetary value into your company for the time being. I have faithfully played, and paid for your services; and for the past month I have
been bombarded by fake accounts, "cam girl," scams, and users messaging me to add them and their followers to boast their popularity. I feel as though Live is becoming just as cluttered as social media with fake profiles like these, to which I tried to report;
only to find that I had been banned in their stead.

I decided to pay a subscription from EA Games.

I decided to pay a subscription from EA Games. I chose a payment method, filled in the data. I click to pay, they wrote a waiver with this method of payment and repeated this operation two times. Why was my card charged at 30 RUB? And I have not received a subscription. Return 60 RUB please.

Purchase taken in my Paypal account but not access to Xbox Live Gold

Hello,

I paid my Xbox Live Gold subscription with Paypal Method [Mod removed] but I have not access to Xbox Live services. What is the problem ?

Till now there is no news regarding an eventual change in the method of payment regarding xbox live subscription and the only valid method remains the credit card. Although even other gamers are requiring to change method and you can join them with a vote

Yet you can still avail of the xbox live membership through prepaid gold cards purchased by the third party providers.

Even if you have enough balance to pay for a subscription using your Microsoft balance, a payment method is required if we will be subscribing to a subscription.

While using my email, it was stopped. I am sure No one has taken my email and no one using now. because at that time i received message that Storage is going to full ,So pay and use the email . I was trying to pay the subscription to MICROSOFT 365 (office) through play store .

yesterday i paid Rs 149 to 365OFFICE for this email id *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** through my credit card.

...please rectify the problem.
