In random time GUIDE button not responding

Helo, im member insider program on Xbox over 3 years and over 3months i got xbox one X console and i start make game videos, recently i notes some bug. Mostly in recording Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands and Tom Clancy's Division maybe after
3 hours play&record in 4k resolution i want know how long i recorded and in this tine i notes first time problem with non responding Bix X button. I got wireles keyboard connected, Windows button not responding too. Only option to hold down power button and
turned off my console But this caused reseting my save abd on next launch my console i must waiting for re-synch my saves Can anyone know how fix or aviod this problem??

And im in alpha skip ring. Thank you so much for all answers

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem you're experiencing an issue with the console not responding to the guide button. What I recommend doing is making sure the controller is up to date as well as

performing a power cycle. As well another thing to do would be to check out the insider forums on reddit. I hope this information was helpful in resolving the issue. Please let us know how it goes.

I Hi, yes is definitely updated, power cycle helped, but game recording is socks. Size is 5kb.

We suggest at this point to reset the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

 

I try hard and soft before, reset email and password not problems ans stable Internet connection is too. I know it i know is maybe insider beta software update but is over 2 updates past since this problem started.

What if i change ring on insider progrsm. Maybe another ring will be better

Hi, stop partipion insider progrsm is not solution for me. I want be part insider program.i change ring to beta and i try if "problem still in charge "

I reported this problem before but problem is is no data for sending for developers or who created insider program. Because in time problem not possible send report.

 

I suggest you to submit this issue with all the details trought the appropiate channels. As you know, when a console is part of the Insider Program it can be affected by bugs or similar issues.

The alpha skip ring is the most "risky" ring so it's not an unusual situation.

 

Hm, i changed to beta ring. Lets see if happens again.

Edit:i play and recorded over 3 hours one game and problem is not show again. I think is about ring choose. This is better. Thanks all On reddedit no answers.
