In need of some serious help with player taking advantage of message reporting glitch

Recently ive been communication banned and it lasted for a day which i completely understand why i did but this player kept further harassing me and once i finished my communications ban he took advantage of a glitch i guess where he reported the deleted
message (the one i already received a communication ban for) and got me a second communication ban and this time this ban was longer. He keeps threatening to report me over and over again, not much i can do cause xbox enforcement wont listen

Enforcement has all sorts of tools to see what happened. They can even see deleted messages. Bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact so it may be from something else entirely.

Yeah Ive done all of those, ive reported him and even blocked him but he continues to report the message. I had no clue of this glitch before too until he mentioned that he could report deleted messages over and over again whenever he feels bored.

The thing is i haven’t really said anything to anyone the prior weeks and i know i havent used offensive language or anything like that until 2 nights ago when me and this player went back and forth and i know i only said one word. So i doubt that i got
communication banned for something else from a few weeks ago. And i even have a screen shot of him saying “i thought you were banned, let me try something again” and after i received that message within minutes i got a message from xbox live

You must report and block the player and send a comment on what he did
