    In need of actual help of XBOX.COM


    because there is no category in the support forums for purchasing via the website. There is a section for the XBOX one, 360, mobile games, but not the website.

    for the 4th or 5th time since i've activated this account, i've attempted to purchase a game on sale through the website. via paypal and my debit card, it is constantly rejected. it also rejects my payment options on console. i'd also signed up for a month
    of xbox live thinking that was the problem, but i had no luck there as well. the only way i can purchase anything is by purchasing xbox cards at my local stores and inputting the redeem codes. it's a silly complaint but it is inconvenient. why offer the option
    to pay in these ways if it meets me with an error every single time? xbox support has not been able to help at all either. any help would be greatly appreciated

    And being put underneath the entire paragraph isn't clearly stated. Clearly stated would be, EPISODE 1 Must be purchased before purchasing the season pass.

    Ok does your account region match your actual region?

    If not that would be why

    Your payment method must be the same region as your account if you do not live in an xbox live region you must get your own prepaid cards

    If you live in an xbox live region and your payment method is of the same region contact billing support via phone for further assistance

    I just changed my region to United States on XBOX.COM though i'm sure that's what it was set to previously. I've also updated my profile at live.com with more information, but it still had the country set to US. Tried to make purchase with my paypal account
    again and no luck. Guess i'll call customer service. thank you anyway ngocphi

    Changed the locale of the website or using the migration tool?

    Locale change won't affect it

    Migration does but it can take up to 30 days for the email confirmation of the migration being completed

    I just changed my region to United States on XBOX.COM though i'm sure that's what it was set to previously. I've also updated my profile at live.com with more information, but it still had the country set to US. Tried to make purchase with my paypal account

    Thank you, I really needed to report this problems because Xbox.com/status didn't help in this case
    Reporting through that actually goes to Microsoft through. This is a community based forum and no one here works for Microsoft.
