    In need for answers!!


    Okay, so I bought this Xbox 360 Slim from Amazon last week, I have some questions.

    This Xbox has physical damage, the cover of the console is sticking out in the back by the USB ports, the disk tray is pushed inward a little bit but not badly, the cover for the hard drive slot is broken, it will not stay on and this console will not read
    disks, at all. Is there any way to get any of this repaired? My main concern is the disk tray and the disk reader.

    I had two console bans one for communication and playing games which lasted until today and one that runs out in a week for sharing content I still can’t play online even though I shouldn’t be banned

    I agree with Daft here. Because the console is used it will not be covered under warranty and you'd have to pay for the repair. Probably the same amount or more of what you paid for the console.

    I would also recommend returning it for a refund and purchase a new console that will have no defects and a warranty.

    That is not a website created by Microsoft or Xbox, sorry. As I stated earlier a lot of these sites are very inaccurate. If the system says the tag is not available it is not available. There is nothing that can be done. Try finding other gamertag names
    that might be available and use the change gamertag feature on your console to check them. Good luck.

    I believe when the one first came out, you could just have the one version.

    Because I only ever remember buying the 360 version.

    Yeah,you will need to buy the Xbox One version i'm afraid.The 360 version is not backwards compatible.
