    Can not use Money in my Microsoft Account.

    I have been unable to use the money that I redeemed in a gift voucher of $65 AU. When I go into to store to buy something it does not show up as an option. It just tells me to add a payment option. Not only that, the payment option I did add does not show
    up either! I think it is because my account's billing info on the xbox says that I am in the USA when really I am in Aus, Also, I am unable edit it on the xbox.

    When u go to prchase something a box appears in which theres. Written as far as i know add payment or use money from the microsoft account or this option is in the add payment option if u have the money to buy the thing then the money is not grey if u have

    But what if you don't use a credit card for payment. Like I said if I redeem a points card when I go and buy something it then asks for a billing address. If I want to buy things from the US store with Xbox One games now being region free why should I need
    a US billing address. I have a UK billing address for card payments on my UK account so why does it need a US one?
