IN MY NETWORK SETTINGS AFTER DOING TEST XBOX LIVE I GET SERVICE ALERT

I KEEP GETTING A SERVICE ALERT MESSAGE AFTER RUNNING A TEST EVERYTHING ELSE IS UP AND RUNNING>>>>PLEASE HELP I TRY TO CONNECT IN XBOX LIVE TO PLAY SOMEONE AND GAME WONT CONNECT WITH OTHER PLAYER.

I test my connection and it says its connected to network and internet and xbox live but under neath live status it says service alert xbox stores service alert then it tells me to got to network help or xbox .com service alerts

What did the service alert say? The USA version of the website has no service alerts up at the moment. Does yours say anything different?

When you run the network connection test in Settings > Network do you get any errors? Also try Multiplayer connection test.

Also, try turning off the console and unplugging it for 30 seconds and that could help as it clears cache.

They usually fix it very shortly!

 

No errors everything connected Live Status says Service Alert everything else shows up.

the error status report has things on it out of safety i dont want to post the codes

 

If the error is in this format 0x00000000 it's not personal information and you can share it.

 

Can I get some possible solutions? The Service Alert has been there for the last week...Is it possible my credit card is not update to date even though my gold account is paid for the year? I just don't understand and I'm fairly tech savvy..

 

What are possible solutions to this issue... When I go to play someone on an easports game it acts like it's going to go through says loading then just kicks out....Very frustrating ..ready to cancel.....Maybe it's a sign for me to stop playing video games
