I can login on to XBOX Live fine on my XBOX 360 (Gold account). I just can't update anything on it, nor i can play online

XBOX Social Screen > Avatar Store > "Sorry, the XBOX Avatar Store isn't available right now. Please check back later."

My friend tried to log in to his xbox live gold account using my console and everything eorked perfectly.

So this means, that the problem is with my account.

Cant Connect online...Need help.

I have purchased my live online and i'm a gold member. But it doesnt let me connect to play online on my console. It keeps saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live" however i just purchased my live membership online and im a gold member

My xbox 360 wont reconize my gold membership when I go to account information it says xbox live gold but it doesnt work on my xbox

Hi there, Klintinsh;

Currently, your forums profile shows your name in silver/grey, which would indicate that you have a silver membership rather than gold. You should check at
account.microsoft.com/services to see if it shows you as having gold. If it does show gold, try downloading your profile again.

Are you still having trouble with your profile? I'd suggest deleting your profile, restarting the console, and redownloading the profile, as it might be corrupted for some reason.

the fact that i was able to play for the last week with no gold membership and that my sister doesnt have a gold membership, yet her profile is fine for xbox live leads me to believe that that is not correct

Will deleting the profile lose your saved games on the console? I'm having the same issue. My family membership expired. When I renewed the membership, I can log on my Xbox with Live gold. Button son can't log in on the other Xbox. His profile is one of
