In my history of enforcement i have no ban that are still on but i am still ban

I have been ban on the 19 of september 2017 and my ban was saying that it was suppose to end on the 03 october 2017.

My ban was affecting my xbox live and my communication and i tried to get a case review a few times but everytime i tried to start the quiz and everything it just sent me back to my enforcement history, so i tried to contact xbox support by cellphone and
text messages and everytime they said to me ( ohh sorry sorry sorry we cant do anything to help you sir ) so i said to myself that its not that bad i will wait for my ban to fade off and that id be on track right after my time. But today (october 03 2017) my
ban was over at 10h17 pm and i waited 1hour and 30 minutes because i thought that it was just a lag and it will be ok after a little time and after i waited all that time i contact xbox support by cellphone and they tell me that I'm Ban till December 28 2017.
So i was a little bit freaking out and again they coudnt help me with anything to solve my problem and i went back in my enforcement history and everything was fine my ban was supposely off and i have no history of a ban that is till december 28. So for that
i cant contact the enforcement team because i cant review a case that is not in my history and i cant review my older case that was about my ban that was suppose to end today because it actually ended today its telling me that im not ban anymore but i still
am even if its not saying that im ban anymore so please enforcement team help me with this i am really really really tired about whats going on right now because i've been ghost ban for no reason i hope its a little error on you'r side .

Can't contact enforcement

Communication ban ended a couple of days ago but I still can't send messages or hear my friends. When I go to check my enforcement history it says that I have no active bans against me therefore I can't contact support through the case review feature. I've
already power cycled and signed in and out etc. no solutions. What do I do?

 

Communication Ban but NO ACTIVE BAN is showing?!?!

I was recently hit with a communications ban that i fully except, but the time was reached and i still am unable to talk. Ive checked my Enforcement History and it shows that there is no active ban. Giving me zero chance for a case review?!?! Of course Customer
Support cant do a thing to help. I send way too much money on Microsoft for this.......

 

Sorry to hear about your issue with your suspension. There seems to be an issue with the enforcement site not showing extensions or additional bans placed on accounts and the only way to find out is through xbox support. Unfortunately the support can
not help with enforcement actions nor does the enforcement team monitor these forums. The only way to communicate with the enforcement team is through the case review process which is unfortunately not working correctly right now.

 

If you spoke to a rep on the phone and they said your account was suspended until December 18th, you have more than likely been subject to an Enforcement extension which you won't see on your Enforcement History page. You can try speaking with support via
