    I purchase The Wolf Among Us and while it was downloading i accidently press cancelled download so i went to download it again but it cost money again so i went to my recent downloads and its there but it still costs money. i only had 5$ when i bought it
    so now i cant buy it again

    Can you please provide a few more details as to what's going on exactly? Are you seeing any sort of error messages or error codes? Are you able to make purchases in other games without any issues?

    I am not receiving error codes. One message says something went wrong try again later. I have been able to make in game purchases in of the games I have.

    Thanks very much, which device are you using when you attempt to make a purchase and what content are you trying to purchase?

    Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it yet? If not, give that a shot and let us know how it goes!

    In my previous thread I indicate4d that I was able to make in game purchases in other games, that statement was incorrect. I have not been able to make any in game purchases.

    I am using a Dell Laptop computer running Windows 10. In gam purchases are game currency required to purchase items used in the game. I have uninstalled all apps, rebooted computer and reinstalled the apps at least twice each. Purchase problem persists.

    I do not consider this matter closed. Please respond. I have checked settings of every thing I can think of that would interfere with the transaction process. I have uninstalled and re-installed after a system boot all apps affected by this issue. I have
    provided all information requested of me. This has been an open issue for more than two months now and no response to my last post of 20 days ago. My next response will be to remove all game apps from my system and leave a very poor review of Xbox support
    services. You have 5 days to respond.

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
