in game purchases do not work

I am not able to make in game purchases. My account is fine and im able to make other purchases like full games, etc, but not in game. For example, gears of war packs, fallout shelter lunchboxes, etc. What happens is I attempt to make a purchase and at
the point where the payment method selection screen would come up, nothing happens and after a few seconds it just goes back to the screen with the item selection. there are no errors or anything, it just does nothing when i attempt to make a purchase.

This happened a few weeks ago and xbox support had me remove my profile from the xbox and add it back again and that worked and I was able to make purchases but now it is broken again. I do not want to have to keep removing my profile every time so im hoping
there is a more permanent fix or maybe someone knows why this is happening?

Do not purchase any ea game

I don't care because I don't play any of their sports titles.

They can shut down as many servers as they like and I can still play Dead Space and Mass Effect etc for as long as I like.

You have to agree to their terms and conditions to use their servers, and one of those is that they can shut down the servers whenever they like. It's their prerogative to shut down servers for games with low populations.

Besides, at least the actually supply dedicated servers when they say they will, unlike Activision with the CoD franchise.

 

Do not purchase any ea game

America is a continent, not a country. Also it's EA. Also that's the risk you run using any online service or game. It's in the TOS, it's in the fineprint. Did I mention it's EA? Their slogan is "Challenge Everything". That means you. And me. And everyone.

 

So after signing out of my account and back in, im once again able to make in game purchases. I do not know why this happens but its getting old. At least signing out/in is easier than removing the entire profile from the xbox but its still annoying..
