in game purchase world of tanks xbox one

in world of tanks xbox one game the only game doing this. when trying to buy something from the in game store it says i need parent permission to buy. why is it saying this ? i am the parent over adult age that i wont say here on the public forums , owner
of the account ,and game and the only one that use the xbox one and 360 system.this happen right after the update of world of tanks and xbox one getting an update in the same day

As for the Minecraft game, it is not backwards compatible. However, you can purchase the One version of the game and then move your son's saves to the Cloud on the 360 and then upload them to the One from the Cloud so he can continue playing there.

 

I have this exact same issue! Still no fix to it yet however!

i posted this and yet i still have this problem and war gaming cant even figure it and its there game why start new when it wasnt even fix for me

To clarify, were you able to give the steps I provided a try? If not, please make sure to verify your purchasing settings are set to allow you to buy content. If you have a parent account tied to your Gamertag, you'll need to make the changes there.

 

i have done everything right and i keep getting try this and that over and over make sure settings are right make sure its this game only.make a purchase at the online store by web page instead of game store, and be sure to leave feedback with the app.then
report back here . i have done all that and still didnt fix it and i dont have any account tied to this account i am the adult and so is my gamer tag there is no other gamer tag on any of my systems.in fact im the only person in my house hold that even has
an account.this error started when xbox preview program got installed and world tanks had an up date about the same time. i have even delete every game and my profile from the system and started over and still have same problem with the game.
