    Disputing charges?

    Always attempt to resolve with the merchant before issuing a dispute or stop payment with your bank.

    Fallout 4 pip-boy edition how many are out there?

    That would mean a ton to me mate. And yeah its Xbox one.

    Only issue is payment. I'm more than happy to pay of course. But with us being total strangers sending a payment to you first is kind of dangerous hahaha.

    I moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you!

    I've had the same issue before, but it was because I didn't have the full amount since there was taxes.

    (Just make sure there is enough in the account)

    Also, we recently had a
    Xbox live Service
    that was affecting Purchase and content usage, so I recommend you

    power cycle the console
    .

    regarding purchasing issues, be sure to check if everything is set up, like a payment option at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    In the situation that this is a child account purchasing is an option that the parental account can set up to be allowed via for example

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    If everything is set up correct and no payment issues are showing on that first link then it's best to contact Xbox Support to see if they can see any issues.

    You're trying to purchase a new subscription, or pay for a past due billing?

    Pay for past due billing, but when I click on the 'fix it now' option nothing happens. I'm on the trashy Xbox app, because I'm on pc

    Here's are run down.

    1. I click join Xbox game pass

    2. I press yes to the terms

    3. It says you already own this. There is a past due subscription.

    4. I click fix it now

    5. Nothing happens

    Hello Njabulo, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your membership.

    If you've paid for the membership and it was accepted then the membership should be good and you're just receiving a standard warning. It will disappear after the renewal date.

    You can double check the expiry date of your membership at https://account.microsoft.com/services
