In game lag and getting kick from live parties.

I hope this get forwarded to the right person.

Been having in game lag issues all night long, getting kick out of live

partys all night long. I checked my network speed, my normal its speed

35d5u, tonight Im getting 4d5u. And Im not the only one, my friend that

Im playing with is experiencing the same issues, and we both have

completely different ISPs. Getting kick out of live partys has been

almost an every night issue, and is to the point where we have to use

third party communications just to talk to each other. I remember a time

where I didnt have to jump hoops just to talk to my friends, I have had

an xbox gold account for 7+ years without it dropping to a silver, and

have spent thousands of dollars threw digital purchases, this is not

what I pay for and unless it gets fixed soon you will loose me as a

customer. Signed VERY UNSATISFIED customer.

Randomly getting disconnect from games and party

It doesn't even tell me I'm disconnected from live. It just kicks me out of games and parties.

Can't Play in Parties Because of Lag

I think what he's getting at is how significantly worse this game lags when you are in parties and what could be causing it. When I would play by myself then game felt great with no lag. But when I would squad up with my friends, about half from the east
coast and about half from the west coast, the game would lag horribly even with "4 bars".

Sorry to hear about the slow network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

dude me and 4 of my xbox live friends just went through the same thing. we'll be gaming on cod :eek:

b2 then someone lags out at the beginning or half way through or we all get kicked into our own parties and out of the match or we all get kicked from the party
and strat to xbox dashboard. i just keep getting 'error with cod:bo2 servers'. WHY?!?!?!?!?

Hi, I never get disconnected from LIVE in general, only game and party. Usually in BF3 it will lag badly a few seconds before I get disconnected from the party. Sometimes I maintain connection with the game, sometimes not. As far as other games go, the only
other online game I've played since this problem started is FIFA 12, which I played online against my brother. And again, it would lag badly right before I got kicked from the party. But the lag would stop and the game would continue after that. Other than
right before I get disconnected, I have no problems with lag. Also, my NAT is/has been open

I can connect to Xbox live, it's random incidents where I'll lag and it'll kick me out of the party but I'll stay in the game. The game will usuallly become very laggy for me.

i already tried that and i noticed that whenever i go check my messages it lags really bad and i get kicked from the party, i have ALOT of messages.
