In game currency not recived

Hello im playimg trials rising and i have purchased acorns twice ( in game currency). The payment has gone through and completed but no acorns gone onto the game. Trowd contacting ubisoft and chaytimg live with xbox. Both almost impossible tasks to get anyome
to chat or answer ??

Thank you mate. I have been trying to contact ubisoft. Having real trouble with it though. Cant seem to find a direct form of contact for them ?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with not receiving in game currency. Unfortunately, if the order shows completed in your

order history. You will need to reach out to Ubisoft as to why it hasn't been added to the game. As the currency comes from the publisher.

About the pre-order I need to buy three games, realy?? Omg.

Because I just saw that pre-order a game I recive the 15k points. When I try to contac with the support they said that I need to recive and to start a discussion here in the forum
