    When I try to buy in game content it doesn’t allow me to do so and it tells me that it is having trouble processing the payment and it says to contact us at Microsoft support. So I don’t know what to do.

    There are occasions your card is declining the payment and can trigger the fraud alert on the account. Double check that it isn't your bank. Then do as XBF Houmaidi suggests.

    Hi!

    If you are inside the backward-compatible menu (X360 interface from X1) you can purchase additinal contents for X360. You cannot purchase them directly from dashboard of X1, but you can only buy backward-compatible games.
