In game coins not showing

I have purchased some in-game coins through Apex Legends but they have not appeared. The purchase was made yesterday. I have tried rebooting my console, restarting the game, and waiting for 24 hours but the content is still not loaded. Every time I try to request a call back I get an error message saying something went wrong.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and validate if the order is stated as "completed" to ensure that it's successful.

If after 24 hours the in-game currency is still not showing up you may need to reach out to the game support which is EA. Here you go: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

I lost all my coins yesterday. It is making me start over for the coins, but shows that I completed all the games. If you get an answer, let me know, please???

Ok, what you should do is contact EA support, They manage the internal content of the game, show them the proof of purchase and they will add the coins to your account, and you can ask them to check why the coins do not arrive.

We see multiple code redemptions on your account. These coins should show up in your "Claims" window as 10 Dragon Coins with a time of redemption, as well as appear in your currency inventory, in the dragon coins tab. Note that the currency inventory page
by default will only show basic currencies, and you will have to press right on the directional pad to switch tabs to your dragon coin currency page.

You are correct, it could be a server issue and restarting the game or the xbox it should reflect. According to the Blizzard support website, the delay in showing your latest coin purchases or earned credits takes between 24 hours to 72 hours. Usually, the coins will show up on their own after 24 hours.

Overwatch Coins purchased on Battle.net, Xbox, and PlayStation will be shared across all three platforms, meaning any Overwatch Coins you purchase on one of these platforms can be used on all of them. Overwatch Coins redeemed and/or purchased on Battle.net, Xbox, and PlayStation will not be accessible on Nintendo's eShop. Overwatch Coins redeemed and/or purchased on Nintendo's eShop can only be used for in-game purchases on Nintendo eShop.

You can view your Overwatch Coins total in the Battle.net Desktop App, or through Battle.net Account Management. Note that Overwatch Coins purchased on Nintendo's eShop will not be displayed in your Overwatch Coins total, however any Overwatch Coins earned through game play on Nintendo Switch will be displayed.

Content from in-game purchases made with Overwatch Coins on any platform will be accessible across linked accounts on all platforms (Battle.net, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo). Overwatch Coins earned in-game will also be accessible across linked accounts on all platforms (Battle.net, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo).
