Discus and support In game Bug in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; found a in game bug. Flooded Archives where a NPC pull u down with the generator. I shot the generator and stuck in there.     found a in game bug. Flooded Archives where a NPC pull u down with the generator. I shot the generator and stuck in there. My Charater just floating there and I cant possecced. anyone else has the same problem?

    If even after a factory reset the console is not playing your games, we suggest you start looking into a repair. You have the option to visit our Device Service page or
    get in touch with an agent via phone call or live chat by going to Xbox Support.

    Hello Sylvain

    A suggestion is to reset the
    console to factory settings.

    Before doing so, make sure of a few things.

    Here's a list:

    The information for your profile/profiles are up to date and you know email/password for each/all of them.

    There is a backup connection to a network, i.e. HotSpot, or hardwire connection (Ethernet)

    Make sure to select Keep My Games and Apps

    This soft factory reset is performed by accessing the Settings.

    It shouldn't have to do with the username, but give this a shot.

    I just played through that part today. I shot the generators and progressed just fine.

    Did you try reloading the checkpoint?

    I too had that issue. I reliaded the checkpoint and it worked fine.

    Sorry to hear it. If redownloading the game does not work then it may be a storage problem. Do you have an external hard drive attached to your console? If so and the game is on the external drive try moving it to the internal drive (or vice versa if
    need be).

    If you do not have an external drive and you still have this problem you may need to either check your storage limits and try deleting some games you do not play or try a factory reset while deleting the games and apps to see if that helps.
