In game & at home stuttering/ twitching

I turned on my Xbox One today and have been dealing with a lag or almost a stutter in both my home screen and in game screen. Things will be fine for a while and then my cursor or character with suddenly stutter/ get supper twitchy. No network connectivity
issues, seems to happen every 10 to 12 seconds. Anyone have similar problem and know whats going on?

Xbox Stutter / Lag in Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remaster

Hey Forum,

I have been stuttering very bad on both games. My NAT is Open, and I've cleared the Blue Ray Persistent storage & Alternate Mac Setting. But it still lags. I did notice when I'm on the xbox home, the game does not lag at all but once I'm back into full screen
it begins the lag. Please help.

Just to help make clearer, this isn't an issue with Twitch simply the act and issue that is happening with my system. Could really use the the help, worried there something wrong internally with my Xbox One! Thanks to anyone who may have any help with this!

I'm having this problem too. I sent a support email to Twitch, they responded by saying its an issue they are looking into.

Has there been an update to this issue? I recently tried to stream several games and have had the same issue with each one. Checked everything out, from checking the network to replacing cables. Nothing has helped in resolving the audio stuttering issues.

Update on possible resolution of the issue. I'm a Kinect owner and have it on for the various voice commands except I don't use it as a mic when I'm playing online. I ended up watching a video that recommended turning off the Kinect sensor completely from
the settings options in order to stream to Twitch and not have the audio stuttering issues. Streamed for a good half hour now and it seems to have resolved the issue for now. Will report back if something changes.

WWE2K15 is the only game I own on disk for XB1 so, my ability to test has been limited.

In my game sessions, the stuttering only occurs during gameplay itself and not during cut-scenes, character entrances, or on in game menus,.

I also recorded a 43 minute live stream on Twitch of gameplay. The last match (3 vs 3) shows the most consistent stuttering.
