In-game actions of Players going unpunished!? Team-killers & other actions getting off...

Why is it that not only daily, but every day that I play Rainbow Six Siege with my mates we either see team killing occurring on the oppositions team. Or have team killing occurring on our own team which results in either myself or my friends getting
team killed for no reason other than that fact you can in the game.

We Report these Players under “Unsporting Behaviour” with a comment like “team killer myself or my teammates in Rainbow Six Siege”. Our reports seem to go unnoticed if we encounter the same players and do it again and again or other players continuing
the occurrence for no reason other than they can because they know nothing will happen.

The Game Dev’s condone team-killing in their game and introduced bans if you team killed 2 players in the same game/whole match. Since Siege on PC runs through Uplay, they have the ability to ban players completely and account ban/suspend for “X” amount
of time. When a player is banned it pops up on the screen on all active players to show they’re condoning team-killing by banning players. have banning of players on PC as the game runs through Uplay while playing when a player is banned, a message pops
up on the side of the screen showing the players name who got banned by Ubisoft. Except on Xbox, their game runs through you guys (Xbox by Microsoft) who are in charge/operators of the player's accounts, messaging, interactions, etc.

So, if Ubisoft condones Team killing and actively ban Players on PC and yet Xbox doesn’t seem to do “much” if “anything” at all regarding team killers on Xbox, I wonder how they like that?...

Through communicating with Ambassadors on another thread, who said “Our only recourse” is to “report”, “mute”, “block” those abusive/unsporting players and move onto your next game. What type of system is that? So is that confirmation that system abusers
are getting off without punishment and more and more victims silenced because they’re “powerless”. That sounds like great support for a Community “Rated E for everyone”. Where is the support if you’re getting abused in games when you want? Why can’t we access
easily available support regarding issues with other players?

Something needs to be changed so victims will see their perpetrators receive their well-deserved punishment (Bans, Suspensions from Gameplay, Xbox Live, etc).

Perhaps WE should have the ability when reporting Players, be able to add Recorded Game Clips of the incidences occurring to help with an investigation & enforcement because without them I don’t think much happens now/in the future with reporting players
for abusive in-game actions. Because reporting them for unsporting behavior is really going to stop/halt them.

I’m sure this isn’t only happening in Rainbow Six Siege but countless other Multiplayer/Co-op Games. (PUBG, Fortnite, Halo, etc)

(Gamers share your experience so we can be heard & noticed)

Specific issues with players within R6 can be reported to Ubisoft. Ubisoft will then take action. Due to privacy, they cannot let you know what their verdict is. But reporting players for breaking rules within R6 can be reported to ubisoft and will receive
punishment by ubisoft. Problem is, the R6 community is too toxic with too many trolls roaming about. Ubi cannot keep up.

That system is the one that works and has worked for the past 16 years. You report a player, and Microsoft reviews the report. If the actions break the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, they will be suspended due to that. If they are simply bad sports, the report
is still logged, and in time will begin to affect that player's reputation. When it drops to a certain level ("avoid me"), they will only be matched with other players with that same reputation level.

If you're reporting a player in a third-party title, you should also consider reporting through that publisher's services, which can also take appropriate action.

All reports are looked into, Bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact and you would never know what another person received as a punishment since that's confidential. Siege is my most favorite game in the world and I feel your pain. But there
is actually a lot being done behind the scenes, You just can't see it.

The only responses you'll see on these forums are ones that direct you to continue to report users you feel are breaking the code of conduct or hindering your gaming experience.

    my LIVE account was suspended

To add to what the other people have said as long as you reported the other players actions and their actions violated the code of conduct then they will get suspended also.

If you did not report the other players actions then the enforcement team has nothing to investigate.
