In Game Account Reset

So a couple months ago playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360, I was put into a game with a hacker, a fairly common occurrence for a nearly 10 year old game. I decide to report him, and within 2 minutes my Xbox froze. I restarted and went back
into the game all good. I click on multiplayer and it said I am 1100% completed-- weird since I had never prestiged. In the multiplayer sub menu, I still have control of the Xbox but the minute I select "create a class" or get into a game, the Xbox will immediately
freeze. There is nothing to do but shutdown and restart.

Best I can tell, the hacker leveled me up in a way that I get caught by in game hacker detection software. The same situation happens when I try to play on my Xbox One and other people's Xbox 360's.

So its probably unreasonable to ask to get my account reset to the place I was at, but is there any way I can get reset to the level 1 without getting an entirely new Xbox account? Would like some help, Thanks.

Halo 5 account hacked/reset

Just finished a game of halo 5 now my rank has been set to 1 all playslist have to have 10- matches to be ranked visor is constantly blue also, loading times now for arena , campaign etc.
What should I do?

Gold or silver account? because it resets to trial if your gold expires.

 

You would have to try contacting the developers to see if there is anything they can do since that progress is stored on their servers.

 

Activision support used to offer an account rollback and reset it back to how it was. Im not sure if that is still an option however
