    In free game the ad is not loading


    Since yesterday I can not play Soliaire and Mahjong (free games). I can sign in, but when I try to Play the first game the ad video stops loading and returns to the Start page. I Cleaned the Store cache and re- installed the games, updated the video card
    driver, but nothing works. The same thing happens when I try to sign in to the Games. It just stops loading and returns to Start. Any suggestions?

    new dungeon hunter ad won't close

    There is a new dungeon hunter ad today. The ad runs and then a loading screen appears and the daily game never loads.

    Compliments, it is a lot better

    Today the ad loading works a lot better. Not perfect though, but after loading one ad I can play several Jigsaws. Good news, and I hope you will continue fixing it once and for all!

    I am using a wireless connection, no error things. The ad just loaded up yesterday. However, I am also having trouble loading the wreck it ralph and man with the iron fist ads (none loaded yet). It might help to know that a sibling lets me use their accounts
    to access ads, I get on ad, I log off account, log on my account, view ad. These ads are mostly the ones with free props

    Rolling ads window affects game play.

    The game loads slowly. The individual games load slowly. The ads load slowly. And while the ads are loading everything stops...except the clock! Just about ready to uninstall this piece-of-crap game. Maybe tomorrow...

    Having the same problem. I can not use the program at all. Everytime an ad loads there is a white screen and nothing happends. Please let me know if you find a solution.

    How desperate has Microsoft become to sell it's games?

    It's just a game. Most free games and services have ads to allow the games to be free.

    Most of the time there is an option to purchase an ad free version. If you choose the free option you have no grounds for complaints and lawsuits on something so petty would be ridiculous.
