    This is on the older version anything Bo2 and back really the newer games you don't have to worry about, it just because the older games aren't carried about by the devs, especially the 360 because the focus is on the future.

    The enforcement team do not accept video footage as evidence so there is no way or point in recording anyone you think might be cheating.

    Just reporting them is enough.The enforcement team have access to everything they need to determine whether someone is violating the ToU/CoC.

    I've never personally experienced this issue, however, I would recommend that you report any suspicious activity that you may experience.

    I have never played COD; however, I always hear of what you mentioned. Like my fellow Ambassadors has indicated, reporting would be the best solution when you encountered this playing COD.

    As I don't play the COD games this has not happened to me but I have seen this on the xbox 360 versions of COD games.

    Unfortunately the servers are Activision's responsibility & it's well known they don't really care about fixing anything on their servers for the older COD games.

    Only thing you can really do is if you suspect something isn't right quit to the dash straight away (press the guide button on your controller & quit to the xbox dash).

    If possible,report anyone you thing is violating the rules & they will be investigated.
