items like this are simular to season passes in other games, they are only available to the account that purchased it, as this is not a DLC as such but a consumable (as its termed).

If you want to start a family pack this way it needs to be started from 1 console. So all the accounts need to be on the same console that starts the family pack, once they are successfully enrolled in the family pack the other members are free to download
their profiles to their own respective consoles. All of the family pack members need to be from the same region.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say purchasing the family pack with 4 different accounts, that would be 4 separate payments of $99 instead of 1 payment of $99. As long as the account has an Xbox LIVE Gold membership those accounts can play online
with each other anywhere. If you personally purchased Castle Crashers on your own console, you will only have access to it on your console. The other people in the family pack (unless they are over your own house) will not have access to this content. So,
downloadable content is still console dependent.

Purchases can only be made by the primary member (the person that starts the family pack). So any points that are needed will need to be purchased by the primary member and then distributed to the other members of the family pack if they wish to buy a game
on their own account. You cannot buy a game on one account and make it available to all other accounts. This is again console and gamertag dependent.

If you guys are all in different houses using 4 different Xbox 360's you will all need your own copy of Borderlands to play with each other, the same goes for any DLC purchased. The family pack really only comes into play, for well.. families. It's not meant
for 4 people that want to aggressively make purchases as it's going to be a huge pain in the neck for the person that's the primary member of the family pack.

It shouldn't work that way. That's per the FAQ for the plan -

To my knowledge, these Games for Gold games are not available for purchase to secondary members of a Gold Family Pack. You can only get them as the primary member of the family gold pack. The only alternative I see is if your family members wish to play
these games you can download it to 1 console initially and all the profiles on that console can play it online or offline. They just wouldn't be able to play the games on multiple consoles.
