    In App purchases not working...


    Is anyone else having problems with Xbox Live and in app purchases??? it keeps telling me there was a problem on their end and to wait a bit and try again. It is very frustrating. I have a valid card attached to my account and I also have Xbox credit.

    In App purchases not working...

    I had same problem, and tried several advices with any result; solved for me resetting Internet Explorer advanced settings, and restarting Windows 10.

    I hope this will be useful for you too.

    I am having a similar issue with a show i bought last year in november and another one I bought a season pass to last month. I have all the shows in the last years season but one, the show that is still airing is missing last weeks episode that should have
    been on Xbox video last Sunday. I have called customer support once and have dealt with the live chat people twice none have fixed the problem the episodes don't even show when im on my PC connected to the internet in the Xbox video app. I keep telling them
    its not some thing i can fix from my Xbox and i have gone threw their steps three times on two different console that's six times. I wanted to file a formal complant with microsoft but could not find a way to send them an e-mail about it. quite frankly i am
    dissiapointed with microsoft i cant believe they would let this kind of *** service go on. I will not spend money with them or renew my membership to Xbox live. fix what you refuse to identify as your screwup

    Please sign-in over on
    commerce.microsoft.com     and check under your payment history. Do you see the transaction for your purchase? If so, does it show as pending? If it's showing as pending you would need to update your billing information to complete the transaction.

    If it's not showing as pending it sounds like the transaction went through for you. Please keep us updated with what happens In App purchases not working... :)

    iam having the same problem i get the same message saying something went wrong and try again, try again and the same message pops up i have checked to see if it shows pending and it it does not and the game does not show up in the app either. have tried
    restarting the xbox app and that does not do anything. what can i do? thanks
