    In-app purchase (Tiny troopers) not showing up in the game


    Hello there,

    I purchased "in-app" a pack (extra points and medals) for the game Tiny troopers on my Lumia smartphone. The purchase has been taken from my account but does NOT appear at all in the game menu!?

    I have just spent almost two hours chatting with Xbox support and we could not find a solution to the problem. We tried logging in and out from the Xbox app etc but Nothing solved the problem unfortunately.

    Can amyone help or indicate me how I can get a refund because this purchase cannot be used at the moment.

    Hey everyone!

    I have this message "Sorry, this can't be shared because we don't recognize this game" when I want share my clips on XBOX app Windows 10 DVR. I tested these games: Tiny Troopers, Tiny Troopers 2, Forza Motorsport 6 APEX, Microsoft treasure Hunt. I know that
    only games from xbox live or from windows shop are supported. When I want share a screenshot there is no problem but when I press SHARE on clip from this games I get the message "Sorry, this can't be shared because we don't recognize this game"

    Can anyone help???

    Thanks for the address. I did send them an email explaining the situation.

    So far no reaction but let's see if they can handle it...

    I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.

    Gametroopers support has finally replied after a reminder of my first email...

    The employee said that there is no way for them to fix this problem as the money is directly received by Microsoft (this is the explanation I got) but they offered as compensation a voucher to purchase one of their paid games.

    As far as I am concerned, I considered this offer fair enough and took the voucher.

    I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.
