    In Microsoft Jigsaw it states the above. I cannot access any of my new jigsaws. I had about 121,000 gold s and now it has all but been reduced to 1,500. What has happened to the Microsoft jigsaws? Please sort this out or at least give me an idea on how to
    resolve this issue.

    I got the same problem, but only with Jigsaw. Minesweeper, Mahjong, Solitaire and Word Games are working just fine, but Jigsaw can't connect to Xbox live and I have a different amount of gold and lost my whole library. Tried reinstalling, but to no avail...

    I fixed my problem by changing my payment method (despite not having a premium account and therefore not actually needing ANY payment method... But hey, this is Microsoft...) from Paypal to a bank card.
    Tried that - didn't work for me!

    I get the exact same error message, I don't have a premium account but I can't get the game to log in to my normal Xbox account. My problem ID is [CV:6qw+k0iXnU6PhH7x.34.2]. I'm also having the same kind of connection problem with Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft
    Minesweeper (but not Solitaire or Mahjong). I've reinstalled all three, didn't change anything.
