    I'm having similar issues to other users - but I notice that even if I launch Jigsaw from Xbox live (when logged in) then the Jigsaw app is not able to log-in. This is followed by the 'In-app purchase no longer available' message.

    For an unknown reason after 4 days of problems, this resolved itself yesterday - but has reappeared again today. I've tried resetting apps, removing temporary files, and all the other published 'fixes' but nothing seems to work.

    I don't want to lose my amassed total of over 90k, with a large number of downloaded collections! Please help.

    Jigsaw cannot sign into Xbox so no purchased puzzles, achievements, etc

    My wife is an avid Jigsaw player and starting a week or so ago, Jigsaw says it cannot log into the Xbox service, so her purchases and achievements are gone on all her computers. All her other Microsoft games (Solitaire, MahJong, etc) work fine and are able
    to sign into the Xbox service. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting and re-creating her profile on the computer, and opening the Xbox app and then opening the Jigsaw game from there. Nothing works. It's not a connectivity issue
    and all her other games that go through the Xbox service are working fine, she can log into Live and the Xbox app and all other services just fine.

    Cannot sign into the Puzzle app, and Puzzle game freezes in play on a fast PC.

    I have two separate problems 1. Cannot sign into the Puzzle app. 2. Game freezes in play on
    a fast PC.

    I am on a Dell XPS 15, i7 16GB ram and the PC should smash this game.

    I get an error message in MS Jigsaw when I attempt to sign in.

    The error (sic) message is: This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw.

    I can log into Xbox live. I cannot log into the Jigsaw app. Closing the error message box
    [CV:3UuehGViJ0SiZOsg.34.2], opens a new one saying you have to sign in or you cant play. Close that and you can play an existing puzzle but it freezes in play.

    On Monday Virgin broadband shut off the service for a day, when it re-opened, I could no longer
    sign onto the game. Prior to that (before Monday) the game regularly froze when picking up pieces though the cursor seemed unaffected and I could move it, the game played jerkily on occasion

    I can delete Jigsaw and re-install it no problem. I’ve tried using a different account. All
    to no avail.

    The PC is fully up to date, and even windows re-installed from scratch to no avail.

    These problems exist on the Xbox app and the beta version.

    Just tried the app again, with NO changes from earlier this evening, and Jigsaw worked without error!

    I have done nothing in between except browsing the web - so did MS Support do anything?

    I'll report again if necessary....

    oh dear - here we go again!!

    just tried again and the error has re-appeared.

    I haven't done anything differently...so have there been changes to the xbox app/server?

    I'm now becoming quite frustrated by this...the 'not knowing' is worse than the app failing completely, never to work again!

    PLEASE resolve this with a permanent fix.

    Jigsaw won't sign in

    Having the same problem and same dialogue box when I attempt to sign in. Logged in the through the Xbox app and STILL got the same dialogue box when attempting to play jigsaw from within the app. Just the spinning wheel of nothingness.... Jigsaw is obviously
    not syncing since the recent update.

    Hi I have the same problem on just one of two machines. A win 10 (upgrade from 8.1) Surface Pro 3 works fine. I can log onto Xbox app and log into MS Jigsaw. On a Dell laptop (upgrade from 7 to 10) I can log onto Xbox app but get the "our terms of service
    have been updated. please start the Xbox games app" message whenever I try to log onto MS Jigsaw. I've checked for messages etc. in the app but nothing there. This would indicate that the issue isn't account related but one tied to the profile on the Dell
    laptop. Any ideas where to look?
