In a pickle

Hi,

I have two kids, both of whom use Xbox 360. They have their own profiles, and are very attached to them. We rarely use Xbox Live, and the Xbox 360 is almost never connected to the Internet.

I downloaded some content onto their Xbox today, and this resulted in a password query. Well, the children don't remember their passwords, and don't remember the passwords for the long defunct email addresses they used at the time. I thought I had made a
parent account for them but no, we are all on separate accounts apparently.

So. What I need is a password reset for my kids, with a new email address for both. So same Gamertag, same profile, but a different email address and a different password. I've tried doing it online and have been refused because we don't know enough of the
security queries. I appreciate that you take security seriously but I need help on this.

1 thing you can try is going onto the major sites for email like hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc and see if they have your email logged in the tempory filenormally clicking the box where you put your email in it may show up if not, then go into your recent history
and see if the email address is there

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold
