Improper suspension

On 10/25/2016 my account was logged into an Xbox IP address located in Maryland by the player Votingsky2. He deleted all of my friends and sent derogatory messages to everyone I communicate with, he got me suspended from Xbox communications by doing so.
He also logged into my Destiny account and deleted all of my characters. I have multiple people whom he gloated to about doing so. If you need any witnesses please let me know. I would like my suspension lifted please. Thank you.

This account was issued a 14-day communications suspension for directed harassment of others through derogatory slurs and abusive communications via Xbox Live. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot be achieved if players are permitted

As you can see clear as day the Enforcement Team claims they did some kind of investigation, which just can't be true. Every Xbox has a specific IP Address, so they should have been able to determine that these messages were not sent from my Xbox. This guy
literally got on my account and ruined everything, I get punished, and he walks away laughing. Its not enough that I literally have to start over in Destiny ( Year 1 player btw ) but I also get the blame for everything he did. Is this really what I pay for?

The only thing I get from this whole experience is that Xbox Enforcement does nothing when someone gets on your account and destroys everything you have on Xbox.

I was suspended and I do not know why

I received a suspension due to improper charges on my account. I was not contacted before, just received an email informing of the suspension already decided.

I would like some contact to clarify and correct this situation.

Are you trying to trick me into getting a forum ban for using an improper forum? I have no TOU violations, so that forum can't help me, according to it's faq.

 

If your enforcement action was upheld through the case review process there is nothing further you can do. Sorry.
