improper redress

Good morning, I'm having a problem, I went to look at my purchase information and says I got a game, playerunknow's battleground, but I did not try to get it, and more because of the charge I tried to download it in my xbox and it happens that I did not

How is it improper? At least if you explain how it's improper I will make note of it and thank you instead of going up in arms about it. Should I have preceded "can't" with "why" ?

If you suspect someone else purchased a game with your account, immediately go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account and change the password of your account. Also enable Two Step Verification and set up an authenticator app on that page as well.

Then, after securing your account contact the official support at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us if you're eligible for a refund.
