Improper penalty notice

I received a sanction notice on my xbox account and I do not understand why. Where can I complain and find out what happened? Thank you

New bug found

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but there is a bug when it comes to penalties. A game isn't supposed to end on a defensive penalty. Yesterday I was playing and on the last play of the game the defense (my on-line opponent) committed a penalty. I
think it was pass interference, but couldn't swear by it. My first thought was "what the heck?!" Is it something with my settings or is this a glitch?

I noticed they still haven't sorted the dodgy penalties out after all these years

I got pretty much barged off the road by the AI in qualifying and got a 5 place grid penalty when they ran into me! Not that it made any difference because I was last on the grid anyway Click to expand...

So if already last and you get a 5 place penalty... do you have to run from the trailer on the green light...?

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

Hi Gorgor,

If the notice you mention is an enforcement action form towards to you Microsoft account.
Then unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

How is it improper? At least if you explain how it's improper I will make note of it and thank you instead of going up in arms about it. Should I have preceded "can't" with "why" ?

I've not noticed any movement penalties for extra weight, not like it was in the original game anyway. The only limitation that I've encountered is that the Archangel armor only as a limited flight time of 6 turns or 12 if you upgrade it.
