    Improper Billing


    I downloaded a free game on my Xbox account, but I had to register a credit card.

    Then, some minutes after, It charged me in 4 reais.

    How can I solve these? Because I don't want tô pay for that game.

    I'm from Brazil, so we can talk in portuguese or english.

    Please, help me.

    Day 23/12/17, I canceled my xbox live gold, today I received the news that xbox live gold has been renewed anyway and I am being charged for it.

    I am subscriber of Xbox Live and the next bill (08/2015) of my credit card, is consisting charging for MICROSOFT XBOX OFFICE, product or service unknown to me and never wanted to get. Such misappropriation should be canceled.

    Charges like that are usually just verification charges to make sure your card works. They typically drop off on their own in about 24-48 hours.

    That number is only for the US/Canada. He would need to contact support in Brazil.

    Not quite sure what you mean but for any billing issues you would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info.
