    I request the immediate reversal of entries made in the days unduly 22:08 and 10:09 on my credit card, related to PGW REVERSE - BILL.MS.NET therefore unaware that service and refund of the US $ 6.69, charged in duplicate on 20:08, referring to the service
    MSFT XBOX MUSIC 4257047709.

    Day 23/12/17, I canceled my xbox live gold, today I received the news that xbox live gold has been renewed anyway and I am being charged for it.

    I am subscriber of Xbox Live and the next bill (08/2015) of my credit card, is consisting charging for MICROSOFT XBOX OFFICE, product or service unknown to me and never wanted to get. Such misappropriation should be canceled.

    Not quite sure what you mean but for any billing issues you would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info.
