    And I don't know why because I've never had the problem before!

    The system aks me then to change the language of the store in the system to buy Office 365.

    xbox failing to register new gold membership

    I recently had my x box live gold membership expire, so i added a pre-paid 12 months x box live gold card to my account, however after my console accepted the code and "supposedly" added the 12 months gold my console, it refused to allow me access to multilayer
    and party functions claiming i had no gold on my account despite s just adding 12 months and tried promoting me to buy some more x box live gold, has this happened to any one else and any suggestions to fix this issue?

    Okay so i clicked on the rewards thing and it says if i renew my 12 month gold i get 200 MSP? so i still have til feb til it expires but if i put in 12 month gold code from a card i bought at walmart ill get 200 MSP just for adding 12 months?

    Ok i understand your answer, but that i want it's to use my live gold before subscribe to GPU.

    Because after my 12 months live gold give me 4 months of GPU, if i can use it now , also it give me less than 12 month because the maximum is 36 months.

    it's impossible to convert code 12 months live gold in 6 months or change code again other ??

    I put a 12 month gamepads subscription in on 1/5/2023 and it expired on May 23 2023 how?

    Did you have Game Pass Ultimate at the time you added the code and may have added a 12 month Gold or standard Game Pass (not Ultimate) code? That would cause the code to be added for 4 months rather than 12.

    Gold pass vs Ultimate

    If you have just Gold currently and are adding the Ultimate code, the Gold will be upgraded to Ultimate and you'll actually have 15 months of Ultimate.

    The code is only added as 4 months of Ultimate if you have Ultimate and are adding a 12 month Gold or Game Pass to that. Not the opposite.

    It was a 12 month gold card, I had gamepass before I redeemed the gold card so it should have just added the 12 months to my gamepass
