Impossible to submit a complaint?

So after spending half an hour trying to find somewhere to send a complaint to I am given a US postal address to send my complaint to, and then told to try the forums. So before i waste my money sending a letter to America (from the UK) I thought i'd give
this ago.

I need to make a complaint about a customer service representative on the phone, after he laughed at me down the phone, then when I asked to speak to someone else because I found it rude that he had laughed at me he told me 'I am trying to provide a positive
experience for you and you are trying to negate that' and I told him that I just wanted to speak to someone else, to which he told me stop talking and when I told him that he couldn't just tell me stop talking because i wanted to speak to someone else he said
'i'll have to terminate the call' and hung up. He also told me Microsoft does not ever create randomly generated gamertags, which as we all know, they do.

The next representative was fine...took us a LONG time for him to understand my issue. He too told me that I could not create a profile on my XBOX without signing into an account despite me talking him through the process as I was doing it. He then put me on
hold and came back to tell me that what I was saying was indeed possible. Sigh. He then told me that what I wanted was impossible and so we ended the conversation amicably.

What is impossible, is that when my brother bought Microsoft Office a few years ago, Microsoft automatically gave him an XBOX account. Which he has no knowledge of (and no he did not read the Ts and Cs if it tells him that there) and so when we came to play
Diablo 3 on my XBOX he just created a profile, not linking it to anything. But now, he's seen the perks that he can get for his character through Battle.net and so decided to upgrade and sign up for Live...only to be told that his account already exists. So
cue both of those phone calls, to be misunderstood for half an hour, to then be finally told that it is illegal to delete a gamertag, or XBOX account in order for me to link the offline gamertag with the email address needed to get the perks. Obviously creating
a new email address is the obvious solution, a stupid one but whatever, but then the perks won't come through as I need it to be the email address associated with Battle.net. And another gamertag account will remove the saved characters from Diablo 3 that
we have spent 2 years playing as.

My brother now has no way of sorting this out, and we both find it absolutely ridiculous that we cannot complain about this! Way to get and keep new customers Microsoft.

Impossible to modify online safety

Hello, I have a problem. It's impossible to modify the "xbox one/windows 10 online safety". When I press the button "Submit", the values reset. Can you help me please ?

 

Can't start support chat or ask to be called. Am logged in.

I can't start a support chat or ask to be dialed up. Below is what I see in both cases. It is impossible to enter my name in the gray fields. It is therefore impossible to submit my request.

I am logged in while doing this.

Don't hold your breath though.I'm still waiting to hear about a complaint I sent to them several month ago.
