Impossible to send messages

Discus and support Impossible to send messages in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't send messages and I don't know why because it's not a reputation problem.     I can't send messages and I don't know why because it's not a reputation problem. Please, could you help me ?

    Impossible to send messages

    Try these steps and see if this helps:

    1. Sign into this page account.live.com/proofs/Manage

    2. Look under where it says "Security Info helps keep your account secure" make sure you have a up to date phone number and email down there. If not, add both. If you already have an email and phone number then remove both and add them back.

    3. Go to the Xbox One and restart the console or Hold Power Button for 10 seconds and then turn back on.

    To hack an account just to send messages isnt likely, but not impossible. If your sons’ friend still has access to his own account, he needs to secure it ASAP. But either way, if he receives any more messages at this point, its a little suspect.
