    Impossible to renew my Xbox live subscription


    Hi,

    My credit card expired last month and I forgot to update the payment method used in order to renew my Xbox live subscription. I received an e-mail saying that the renewal payment hasn't been processed as my card expired, so I added another payment method
    and tried to use it in order to pay. I hit the "pay now" button but nothing seemed to happen. When I check my past orders, I can see that the payment for my renewal is still pending with my old credit card. What should I do?

    Hi Xbox Support. Impossible to renew my Xbox live subscription :)

    I try to renew my subscription for my Xbox Live account, but I got problems. It is written I have to pay to restore my subscription, as you can see here:

    However when I try to pay by clicking on "Pay now" with my credit bank card, I get the message below for the past three last days. Nothing changes for 3 days and I'm not able to play with my account on Xbox Live. I try with another bank card to be sure it
    was not a problem with the bank transaction, but I got the same message.

    Cannot play NBA2k16

    I get a message to Sign in or renew the subscription

    It looks like your not signed in as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the xbox store (0X803f900a).

    I renewed my xbox live subscription last week, and still cannot play this game.

    The pending payment is bound to my expired card, I tried to pay with my new card but that didn't work.

    In that case I would suggest you try contacting the Xbox Support team by using the link below and requesting a call back and hopefully they will be able to help change your payment method and resolve the issue.

    problems with live gold

    Hi Dream4k3r!

    If you have activated the 1 month free trial last December 27th, then your renewal date should definitely be January 27th as that will be the end of the trial and when this subscription will renew if you didn't turn off the auto renewal.

    With regards to your live trial subscription. Its impossible for you to redeem a trial subscription on top of an active 1 month subscription. If your gold seems to be not appearing properly on your console. I would suggest removing your profile then signing
    back in to refresh your account and gold on the console.
