    Sorry to disturb you but my XBOX live ended about a week ago and i wanted to renew it, so i bought a code on my videogame store and then i entered it on my XBOX ONE but there is the probleme, when i use it, it shows me a message that there is an error and
    i should wait. But i'm waiting for quiet a long time now and i would like you to fix these fast because for now i have my code but i can't play on the XBOX Live servers and i really want to.

    Impossible to renew my Xbox live subscription

    Hi,

    My credit card expired last month and I forgot to update the payment method used in order to renew my Xbox live subscription. I received an e-mail saying that the renewal payment hasn't been processed as my card expired, so I added another payment method
    and tried to use it in order to pay. I hit the "pay now" button but nothing seemed to happen. When I check my past orders, I can see that the payment for my renewal is still pending with my old credit card. What should I do?

    In that case I would suggest you try contacting the Xbox Support team by using the link below and requesting a call back and hopefully they will be able to help change your payment method and resolve the issue.

    Thanks for your reply, but I already checked that.

    The pending payment is bound to my expired card, I tried to pay with my new card but that didn't work.

    I don't know what to do.

    id like to know the reason for removing the auto renewal button,, ive a good mind to cancel my xbox live connection all together,,how much easier it would be,, there are enough ways and means to join online without phone calls,but try and cancel,, its impossible,,
